A request is one HTTP request routed through a Symbiosis PoP. Health checks, static assets, and API calls count when they pass through a PoP. Traffic that does not pass through a Symbiosis PoP is not included.

Upgrades take effect immediately and are prorated for the remainder of the billing period. Downgrades take effect when the next billing cycle starts.

There is no self-serve trial signup for Pro. During early access, Pro access is request-based. If you are evaluating Symbiosis, contact [email protected] to discuss access.

Starter overages are billed at $5 per 1M additional requests, while Pro overages are $4 per 1M additional requests. Hobby stops serving at 100K requests and does not allow overages. We send an email alert when usage reaches 80% of the included cap.

Yes, annual billing is available with 15% off the monthly price. Starter is $25 per month and Pro is $76 per month when billed annually, with payment collected upfront.
